Stopped working after 16mths
My hairdryer stopped blowing hot air after only 16mths. Guarantee period was not clear when I purchased it (wish I’d checked). Had to contact with regard to the fault to be told it was only a 12month guarantee and nothing they could do. Bought a new Babyliss hairdryer with a 5 year guarantee.

Quite heavy but very powerful
It’s a very good high powered hairdryer but it’s heavy. I was tempted to send it back but I have got used to the weight. It does get very hot too hot to touch and once the nozel was attached i cannot get it off. I wouldn’t buy again.
