I have taken other forms of multivitamins and other brands that I feel are good brands. I love Complete Essentials because it is powdered form and I feel that gets into my system quicker and I feel the difference after taking it. I feel energy. I mix mine in organic coconut water using a shaker bottle...and it works great! It tastes great. You can taste the pineapple in the packet and mixed with coconut water is awesome! I believe my health is worth the investment!! Highly recommend this product.

This is a great way to get all your vitamins and minerals in for the day, way easier than swallowing big pills. Tastes really good, no yucky aftertaste. I drink one packet daily mixed in with water, and feel really food all day. Gives me a nice energy boost!

I live alone so I don't eat the right foods and don't put much effort into meals other than a restaurant once in a while. Vegetables have gone bad in the refrigerator in the past, so this is a great alternative for me. Plus today's food's are not equal to those in the early half of the 20th Century. This is my first week, so it is difficult to notice any health changes. It's easy to take, just pour, stir real good and enjoy a healthier life by eating better.

Weirdest thing, I used to love this stuff. The last couple batches are gross. And it literally THICKENS in water. So it’s like drinking a goo instead of a drink. Used to not be like that. Must’ve switched manufacturers or something.Going to have to find something else.

I've been taking Complete Essentials for a few months now. I have numerous health conditions including Lyme disease, Epstein Barr, Barrett's esophagus, GERD and many other GI troubles. Since taking this formula, my energy has improved and many of the GI issues are showing dramatic improvement. Because this is made from organic, whole foods I feel like I'm able to absorb the nutrients now and with the addition of enzymes, probiotics, etc in this product I can now reduce the bottles of supplements I was taking prior. The powder mixes well. I add a splash of apple juice to mine with the water to make it more tasty for my sweet tooth.

Tasted horrible could barely swallow it and smelled so bad.

I liked the taste of this one, which is pretty essential. And it has a very nicely wide variety of fruits and vegetables.Sadly although I really wanted to continue with it, I can't take it, as it has a lot of grasses in it which I am allergic to.I didn't realize how bad it was until my eyes got all puffy. So, despite liking this product, I had to discontinue it. It would be great if they made a version of it without grasses.It would be also great if there were no tomatoes or other nightshades in it. Tomatoes aren't good for you, and we already eat too much of them in our regular diet with all the Italian food and pizza out there.
