Best Book series EVER!!!
My son has Autism, ODD, ADHD and Sensory Perception Disorder. He has had a very difficult time with concepts like empothy, personal boundaries, consequences, emotions, ext. We tried for years with the help of teachers, therapist, counselors and more to work with him with great difficulty. With these books for the first time he really absorbs the story and the lesson. They are fun to read and listen to. Best of all they communicate at kids level without talking down to them. I can not say enough about these amazing books. We have close to 10 and at least 3 in my amazon cart. More kids should read these books. If your kid is on the spectrum or if they are typical development THIS BOOK is amazing for them!

Love these!
These books seem to be a great teaching tool! Our 3 (almost 4) yr old has been struggling with empathy and this book was not only fun but a great way to help him understand!

Son enjoys this series
My autistic 11 yr son loves these books. He has a hard time understanding emotions. We read them at times when we are short on reading time. A much younger child around 8 should be able to read this book. It would be a good resd aloud book too even younger children around 5 yrs.

Great book...you wont be disappointed!
We just received this book today. I previously ordered Teach your Dragon Consequences and just fell in love with the story and the lesson. It was easy for my 5 yr. old and 3 yr. old to understand. This one was just as good! I'm definitely hooked on ordering these books! My kids love them and it's so nice to talk about the lesson afterwards. I'm so happy I came across this series on Amazon!!

Well written
I have adopted three children from the system. All of them came with behavior issues. I’m hoping reading these books will help. I like how they rhyme too. Very well written with good artistry. My only disappointment was that you could not buy them all as a set. Only in Kindle version. It cost a lot to get all of them with no discount.

Great message!
Great story and flow. Great message and easy to understand for a 4 yr old. We’ve since purchased 2 more books in this series and I’m very happy with each one. Will be buying more.

Use for child therapy setting
Use this in bibliotherapy, the kids are into following the storyline and characters through different topics.

Ok, but I was expecting more.
Not for toddlers, it uses advanced vocabulary that ends up distracting the kid because he wants to learn the meaning of each of them, cutting the flow of the history.Too much attention to the bad behaviour of the dragon and little positive attention to the good behaviour. The intention is good but it needed a bit more research into age appropriate vocabulary.I would suggest also using a neutral English, avoid slangs and country specific words.

Great teaching tool = a happy teacher!
I teach a KS3 (11-14) nurture group and they enjoyed this book - especially as they have a classmate with the same name as the boy! It really helped them to understand the concept of empathy, which is quite difficult for pupils with autism. When I asked them to explained empathy at the end of the book they were able to use examples and indirect quotes from the text! Thank you so much for this great story! Have ordered some more from the series.

Great but a bit pricey
A great rhyming book with a great story to explain various concepts to children, just feels a bit overpriced.

Very effective.
My 5 year old loves the book....it is in child speak and familiar contexts to help her gain insight into showing more empathy.
