First turned it on, it looked and worked great!! However, about 5 minutes later the whole circuit on one side of our house tripped. We’ve lived here for 3 years and it was the first time that circuit tripped. Thinking it was strange we flipped the breaker back on and left the diffuser unplugged. The next day I plugged it back in, turned it on and about 5 minutes later the breaker tripped again. To see if it was Indeed the diffuser causing the problem, I moved it to the other side of the house and plugged it into an outlet connected to a different circuit. Right on time about 5 minutes later that breaker tripped too. Not sure if this is a faulty unit but it’s definitely getting returned. Not risking something happening because of this faulty unit.

i really love this difusser. it was a gift for mother's day. however, since day one i have had a problem with getting it to "steam" correctly. i was able to get some factory glue out of the way that i thought was causing the problem. it helped quite a bit, but it still doesn't go into the air very high. when this happens it causes so much moisture to rest on top of the "housing" and makes the counter wet all around it as well. i am hoping to get a replacement piece for the inside.

This worked great for the first week, great amount of steam comes out and a beautiful design, however, after the first week it started pouring water everywhere. Everytime I try to use it I end up with puddles of water all over my table. I’m disappointed because the style and design is so pretty but it’s not usable

I really liked this diffuser at first, and I still do, but after a month of use it started making loud motor sounds. Whenever it runs, it just makes loud motor noises. Also every time you change a setting, it makes a loud "ding" noise.

I hate to complain. This diffuser was so pretty and looked cute next to my bedding BUT it makes a BIG mess. It gets water all over my side of the bed, the night stand, and anything thats near it. It will eventually ruin my table if I continue to use this here. Its very pretty though.....

LOVE this! It looks so good, and expels a lot of fragrance, and is so easy to use! It also feels very sturdy having the porcelain cover.

Great product, easy to use and no noise. Like the light color, very relaxing, and the design mskes it perfect in the living room. Highly recommended

This diffuser left moisture on my table top. I have other diffusers and they do not do this.
