Better than my Costco pan
I use a frying pan to cook bacon, sauté mushrooms with bell pepper and then turn them into an omelette. The coating on my ancient nonstick pan was deteriorating, so a few months ago I bought an inexpensive pan from Costco. The Costco pan had two problems. The bottom of the pan was high in the middle, so the grease from the bacon ran to the edges. After only a few months the pan lost much of its nonstick property. The Calphalon pan is flat and cleans easily. The only reservation I have is minor. When I move the pan from the stove to the sink and put water in it, the part of the handle nearest the pan stays hot unless I go out of my way to cool it off.

Awesome non stick
These are great pans. The oil infused ceramic coating is amazing for non stick. The measurements inside the pans is great and easy to use. The straining lids are another great add. These pans check all the boxes. You do need to be careful of the coating though. I found my children to be careless when placing things inside them while they were in the sink. That can easily cause scratches.

The best there is on the Market
This cookware is beautiful, but more important is that cleaning is a breeze. Nothing sticks or burns even if you’re a bad cook. This Cookware is well worth the price. I will be ordering more!

Worst nonstick pans
I’ve had plenty of nonstick pans over the years and actively cook 3 meals a day. These pans were great for about 2 months. After continuous use they start to brown on the bottom and it’s impossible to get out. I even replaced one already and it has started to happen with the new plan. Everything starts to stick, can barely fry and egg without it sticking. We only use wooden or silicon utensils and there are scratches all over the bottom. Worst pans I’ve ever had.

An honest review from someone who cooks 3 meals a day for a family of 3
Overall, they get a 3.5 out of 5. I got these on sale for just under $200. Honestly, if I could return them (shipped internationally, not paying for the return shipping) I would. Let me start with my daily use and with the positive and why I have kept them and haven’t given them away.I cook 3 meals a day, an average of 5 days a week. Breakfast is usually eggs, lunch might be soup or grilled cheese, or a protein to go with a salad, dinner can be steak pan seared with veggies and rice or pasta. We are a family of 3. I cook on a gas range.I scoured the internet for decent reviews of people who use them at home but on a daily basis and could really give me a good indicator of these pans. I really could not find any decent enough to guide me. I found a few videos on YouTube that said “these are amazing look how nothing sticks” and I’m convinced those were props they were using. I bought them trusting the brand, and this is why I am writing my review. The good:- they are non stick and as far as I could read and research, non toxic. This is what I wanted in the first place without having to buy cast iron that literally no one in my family will care for and it WEIGHS A TON.- at the right temperature, foods don’t stick, my eggs have come off nicely while using a Misto with olive oil (it’s like a refillable Pam can you can put whatever oil you want into, find it on Amazon)- pancakes don’t stick either when the pan is heated to the right temp- they are very easy to clean- heat distribution and retention is as good as or better than my cast iron- they look lovely- I love the pot lids that have the little drainage holes on them for pasta and steamed veggies- thoughtfully designed so that the use of pot and pan lids, shouldn’t, in theory, scratch them ceramic coatingThe bad:- can’t put them in the dishwasher (I knew this buying them but FYI)- they are staining like the first picture and you *can* get it off scratching at it with your nail but like who has time for that?? I wasn’t expecting this.- they say they are oil infused but I still find I need to cook with a light spray oil to really make them non stick- they are finicky with temperature! Too hot? Food sticks. Too cold? Food doesn’t stick but takes forever to cook. Again, the heat retention and distribution is on par for what I’d expect from Calphalon, but it took me a solid month to figure out you really need to pay attention to the burner and pan size to get the best results. Why haven’t I given them away? I am replacing some possibly toxic Teflon ones I bought 10 years ago and are beginning to scratch around the rims of the pots and pans from the lids. I’ve tried stainless steel and couldn’t get the knack of it. I wanted healthy non-stick. Enter these Calphalons. They’re good enough that I’ll hold on to them, bad enough that I won’t buy them again.

A must have
Excellent pan, it almost feels like cheating using this pan. You can bring your "D" game and the pan makes up for it. I mostly use stainless steel, and cast iron. I wanted a nonstick for eggs and searing. Just cooked some steaks with a smear of herbs and garlic puree which is hard to make this work in a stainless pan, but it was easy as breathing with this pan. Seared some salmon with a sugary glaze, no problem. Everything goes where you want it to. The thick aluminum core produces a very even heating even on a sub-par cook surface. The ceramic coating is very easy to clean, even the worst mess lifts sitting in cold water. If you only have 2 pans, get this one and a cast iron skillet.

No son antiadherentes
Al principio funcionan bien pero después de poco tiempo de uso la comida se empieza a pegar. Los compré hace dos meses y ya no me funcionan..

Great Quality. Easy to lift.
WOWJust as good a quality as the one we bought years ago.Don't put it in the dishwasher, like😐 I did.It will ruin the metal and eat the coating off the metal.*The old was heavier in weight. So I had a hard time lifting it.*This one is lighter.I can tell I'll have no trouble lifting this when filled with food.Great price too!
