Q: Have these, can the flow be adjusted? The bar to pump is making very short strokes and we were wondering if you can adjust this?

Unfortunately the flow on these are not adjustable.

Q: How do you remove the Top does it just snap on and off and can a top only be bought.

No can't be bought separate and yes just pops on and off

Q: This dispenser doesn't need a refill cartridge or bag? You can just fill it up with any liquid hand soap?

We found that it is best to use the thicker liquid had soap, if it is too thin the soap drips on the floor. No refill cartridge or bag is necessary.
