Don't be alarmed that bottle arrives 1/3rd Full
Yes there are 240 pills so dont be alarmed when you open to see what looks like 2/3rds missing.For the manufacturer there's no need for this huge bottle the pills only fill up to 1/3.I'd rather have more space and my supplement cabinet so make this bottle smaller if you will and then save Plastics being thrown in the ocean.I like that these have coconut oil in them that's a good choice

Good vitamins
I've been taking this supplement for awhile. The capsules are very small and easy to swallow. Although, I can't say I see these doing anything for me, I'm taking them due to a medical condition I have and it was recommended to me. Since I'm doing decently well, I'm going to continue taking them. I've been taking these for 3 months now and will continue to take them regularly for a few more months to see if I notice a bigger difference in how my body feels.
