Give this a try, your body is worth it.
Revised: *Added a star because it is more comfortable now as I continue to use it or my posture is better. Either way it is worthy of 5 stars. *I have to first share I don’t have back pain and my posture is good FYI I am over 50. I do have a tendency to lean on one arm (mouse operating side) More than the other which results in some shoulder blade pain occasionally. This was received today and I immediately put it on over clothing. It helped me to not lean and made me aware of any slouching. I can feel the stretching of chest muscles. I am sold on using this posture corrector. I gave it 4 stars because it is not the most comfortable thing to wear. I was pleasantly surprised. I was highly skeptical of the quality of this item considering the price point. Give it a try your posture and your body will appreciate it.This was not a promo item. I am a regular person pleasantly surprised.I will update with time.

Recommended for back pain
I got two of these. One for myself and one for my boyfriend because we both work at computers all day. My posture was so bad it was giving me horrible upper back pain. This posture corrector reminds me to sit up straight. I notice a huge difference on the days I use it. I will say, I digs into my armpits after a while and it makes it uncomfortable to wear, but still worth wearing

Bad chaffing issues, your experience may differ.
OK. First off, it will work, it pulls your shoulders back and definitely straightens your back. (Reason for the 3 stars)And now the cons of using this device- 1-The biggest drawback (and I think this hold true for all manufactures of this style of posture corrector) is if you want it to work you have to adjust it and doing so, if you are not super limber it is going to be very difficult as the adjustment straps are short. I am a senior and I have a 44 in chest and I had a very difficult time in adjusting it enough to properly pull back my shoulders. If your chest is any bigger and you are older and not super limber, the difficulty level will increase and you will become frustrated very quickly. 2- I worn mine for 3 days. I am an active person and after three days I had very painful chaffing mostly of the front side of the armpits where I had to put a medicinal cream on it. You will be able to alleviate this by loosening the straps, but in doing so, your shoulders will droop and your back to where you were. I only worn mine over a tee shirt and I still had the very bad chaffing. I tried putting some cloth pads under the straps in the area to hopefully alleviate the chaffing issue and it does as long as you remain inactive. As soon as you start moving it starts chaffing in that area once again.I believe those who have left comments that it takes time and if you adjust it properly you will eliminate this issue. This may be true, but I believe it is those individuals who may only have a slight droop in their shoulders and they may only need slight pressure from the straps to straighten their back. If however, you are getting up there in years and nature is taking its course and you let say forgot about maintaining good posture and let it go for a longer period of time than you should of, and you are looking for a quick fix, I am sorry to say I think you will be disappointed in this devise. Again, it will work, but if you are active person I believe you are going to experience the chaffing issues I had and has been mentioned by many, this devise will soon go into the drawer/box that you keep items that you thought at the time was a good idea but............I cannot address the longevity of the devise, but if you use it for any length of time, (which if you do any research many medical experts will warn you of the damaging effects it creates in the neck and shoulder muscles) I do not think it will last a long time. The Velcro straps do not appear to be the highest quality and do not look as though they have a long life span.I am returning my devise and start paying more attention to my posture and attempt to remedy it by remembering, back straight, head up, eyes straight.

Helps with neck disc issues when doing hard labor
I have "Tech Neck" (disc compression) and always have muscle tension in my neck and upper back for days or weeks after doing simple chores like shoveling in the garden, moving heavy furniture, etc. I have started using this when I am exerting my upper body, especially when I am working on things that require me to hunch or bend down. The product seems to be working. I have done the fall planting, put bricks around the driveway, etc wearing the device and it has minimized the traditional nerve reaction I had. I have light to no tightness added from the events. Is it comfortable? Well its not a pair of fuzzy slippers, it binds a little. However it is designed IMHO as best it can be to help. When wearing I do pull at it from time to time, but generally forget its there. AND... it doesn't contribute to my heat balance which is huge for me. It also looks ok. It looks like you're wearing a backpack. I have also worn it under my tshirt and you can't even see it. I have washed it a few times with no degradation.I hope this helps others who have the muscles to do things, but suffer from chronic neck issues because of it.

Not what I thought.
I’m writing this review with small women in mind. I’m 5’ tall and weigh 110. This brace is way too big for me. I’ve got another one from a different seller and was looking to get a second one. However, this looks like the other one it’s not the same, even though it works the same. I can’t get the shoulder straps to attach to the front, I’d literally need to be able to stretch my arms behind my neck and down to attach the straps. The design is so men can also use the same device, but for me it’s not working out at all because it’s built differently than the other one. I wish I wouldn’t have ordered it, maybe I can give it to somebody else to try out. Sad, because I didn’t have money to waste due to bad advertising in attempt to sell it to everyone.
