Holster and scissors are EMS quality. The holster is well made and snaps stay snapped.
Great holster foe EMS, Fire Rescue and First Responders or anyone else that needs Trauma Shears on their belt.

Decent sheer and excellent pouch.
We are using several sets of these shears and the molle pouches for civilian chest rigs and bushcraft and they work as intended. Note: these sheers are not the best this reviewer has ever used and they are made in China. For this reason, of you are looking at these sheers as an EMS professional, we would highly recommend getting a pair of professional grade, USA-manufactured shears. The molle pouch is very well made however and might be utilized for pro-level work. For our purposes the setup works fine and for outdoor chores the sheers are good enough and the molle pouch can be mounted vertically on a standard belt i.e. 1", 1.5", 2" etc., with no issues and is very streamlined and keeps the shears right up against your body, high speed, low drag. Only four stars b/c we believe the shears could be of better quality.

It gets the job done.
There was another brand via Amazon that I actually would’ve bought over this one, but chose this holster for better sound discipline thanks to the snap fastener.You can tell the nylon isn’t the best quality, and the MOLLE loops aren’t the most applicable, but I use this for a duty belt (MOLLE n/a). So like I said, it gets the job done, but I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a better quality of shear holster.
