American CrewMen's Hair Wax, Liquid Wax, Medium Hold with Medium Shine, 5.1 Fl Oz

I have medium length thick hair, and seem to be on an eternal quest to find the right product for it. For many years, I've been using the American Crew Texture Lotion, which does a reasonable job and is the product I always end up returning to. This liquid wax looks more like a gel when you squeeze it out. It leaves your hair crispy as a light hair gel would - it gives a reasonable hold, but the moment you run your hands through your hair, it seems to dissolve and leaves your hair feeling kind of dusty. I've only been using it a couple of days after a recent haircut, so I'm keen to see how it works on longer hair. It also seems to make my head itch, so I'll be going back to the texture lotion.

In the quest for the holy grail of settling on a hair product once and for all, I've pretty much tried everything.Found this product to perform reasonably well. I have relatively fine hair, and found this to not be to greasy looking, however it does not have a firm hold, so when my hair is a bit longer than I usually have it, it doesn't really hold the shape I'm after, so would suggest this for those who keep their hair short.

Smells good and gives a good, long lasting hold. Makes styling hair easy.

Liquid form, not much scent . It goes on slick but dries up. My hair looked unhealthy after. Even though gels do that I thought it might be ok with a gelwax. I'm going back to Paul Mitchell waxworks!!!
