This item is super sturdy and stores a ton
This item is super sturdy and stores a ton, I put a Mac book air 13" 2 large text books, and a scientific calculator, and there was still plenty of room for more. The caddy definitely can hold a lot of weight so no worry about that! also this item stores very nicely it folds super thin to save space when not in use.

Perfect for those with chronic illness!
As someone with chronic illness, i spend a lot of time in bed, and as a result needed a way to organize my various books, glasses, wrist braces, etc. I wanted something large enough to hold my things but not filmsy, and the thing i noticed in many reviews for other products was that they didn't hold their structure. Because this one was designed with hospital beds in mind, i decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! It easily holds my iPad, 2 glasses cases, my wrist bands, and 4-5 books, depending on thicknesses of course. Highly recommend for anyone looking to organize large quantities of items near the bed, or spend a large amount of time in bed in general.

Using it on my RECLINER
I am using this on my reclining chair. NOT the manufacturer's intended use, but it IS the reason I bought it. With a little trial and error, I was able to secure it with a bungie cord wrapped around the armrest, and passed through the hanging loops of the organizer. I had to mess with the Velcro straps a little to get the unit to hang with the tension/length I desired, but aside from changing where the Velcro actually grips itself, I made no actual physical modifications. I simply slid the Velcro down so there would be less loops at the top- effectively shortening the height of the unit by an inch or two. I have this on a grey recliner, and it blends in beautifully. I have two large TV remotes (old Dish Network DVR style), an Xbox controller, and a few more smaller remotes and an 8" tablet and a house phone in the pockets. I keep the heavier or bulkier items towards the back larger pockets, but have kept the Xbox controller in the mesh area. I did not spend much time trying to get it perfect, but I am considering adding some of my own Velcro to the inside top of the two large back pockets- just to give it a more streamlined look. But as it is, it all works out great and looks good enough for me. Sturdy feeling unit. It should be noted that my recliner does have storage in the armrests, and it makes no difference at all with the bungie cord and the way it is set up. In fact I think it made it easier. I checked my other recliner which has normal armrests, and I saw no reason why I could not have one hooked up on that chair in the same bungie fashion. I'm very pleased with this purchase and how it has worked out for me. No more multi remote/phone etc slop all over my floor and armrests.

Great for dorm room
I got this for my daughter to use in college dorm room. Her bed has solid side rails so I bought Tidy house space saver over door hook hanger pack of 2 for $6.49 from Amazon to hang this over the rail. Worked great. Her bed is raised so her dresser fits under it. This holds her cell phone, ear buds, keys, flash light, snacks, pen and so much more right at her finger tips. Nice, strong material and neutral grey color goes with everything.

very nice and very handy
*Update: after a few weeks I want to add that this caddy is holding up very well with no bagging! I love this bed caddy! It's made from a denim like fabric so my dogs' hair isn't going to cling to it like my old, cheap one. It's sturdy and I really love the way it fastens to my bed frame (mine is metal) and doesn't just tuck under the mattress; this one stays put! Lots of various pockets. The only thing I'd change is to have a slim pocket for my kindle so it doesn't bag out, but I can live with that. I like this a lot.

Depends what you get
The first one I received wasnt sewn right at the top, so I sent it back for a replacement. Whats weird is the new one is sewn correctly along the top, but the velcro is on a different side of the straps. The first one allowed you to wrap the straps around the bed frame and the velcro was on the side facing the organizer. This one, wrapping the straps around, the velcro winds up on the side facing the bed, not the organizer...? It suits my needs overall, but I will probably wind up sewing some velcro to the other side of the straps. Annoying.

Bought for temporary use on hospital bed - recommend
This is a great price for an item that we will only use for 3ish days while I am admitted to the hospital. It is better quality than I thought based on the reviews, although upon actual use, it is hard to say it will do based on people's experience. But since I am not hard on items, I think it will be just find.I really like how the bottom is sturdy so that if I don't want to hang it off the bed railing, I can probably just have it sitting next to me.NOTE that the "drink holders" on both sides that are made out of mesh are NOT stretchy and would only fit a thin water bottle...and even that would be a little bit of a hassle to put in there. But I don't plan on using it for that, so it's fine. All the pockets otherwise, have a ton of room!I recommend this....and if I have friends or family that need to be admitted, I will let them borrow it :)

Perfect for my WOW
I work in a hospital and we use what is called a 'WoW', or a 'Work-station on Wheels'. It's basically a rolling computer and desk. They used to be equipped with baskets in the back where we could store all our nursing essentials and supplies for the shift. Well, the hospital removed those baskets and I needed a replacement. This little bedside caddy is a perfect replacement for the rear basket on the WoW. It fits 1000 mL bags of fluid perfectly (could probably stow about 4 of them side-by side) has a few hooks and smaller pockets in front and side, and folds flat, so it's easy to pack up and put in my nursing bag after shift. The velcro straps are super convenient for adjusting to whatever bar/space you can hang the caddy from. Highly recommended!!

Handy for bunkbeds
I setup bunk beds for my kids... and quickly realized that the child in the top bunk no longer had access to a nightstand for water, tissues, etc. These hanging caddies are perfect! I looked at several different options, but chose this one because it was large enough to hold a drink, an iPad, a couple small toys, etc. I also really like how this model straps on with adjustable velcro, so I can control how 'low' (or not) the caddies hang on the bed frame. I chose caddies in the same color as the beds, just for a cohesive design look. So far, these are working out great!

Hung from mom's walker. She keeps everything organized and WITH her now.
Great little unit. Ordered when she was in hospital because the table they gave her was about big enough for the food tray and the nurses stuff. She got released more quickly than expected so we didn't use it there, but I've attached it to her walker and she loves being able to keep everything organized and with her. Way better than digging through the basket. Going to get another one for beside her bed to get stuff off her nightstand. Great product!

Great! I like it! But pricey for what it is.
Great product. Happy with it! A bit expensive for what it is, but at least it's not junk. I like it and it will be useful. The picket sizes and placement are great. Doesn't smell like some reviewers said otber similar items do. Velcro works well, i have some heavy stuff in there. Overwall, good!

Neat
Got this for a bunk bed so my son can keep his water in it at nighttime. Good price and love the yellow color. Matches his Pikachu bedset perfectly. Would recommend.
