I've spent a fortune on heel cream, tried wearing socks but hate my feet being covered at night. It really annoyed me that I put cream on and it got wiped off either by the covers or socks and cream that should make a difference in a week didn't.I bought these, put my cream on at night and put these on straight away, in the morning Mt heels still felt like they had cream on them and after just 3 days of using them my cracked heels have almost gone.Would definitely recommend for cracked heels, they are easy to put on, I thought they might be tight like the compression stocking you get in hospital but I didn't even notice I had them on. Walking in them was a bit of a weird sensation but not an issue.

These are perfect & just what I was looking for. Just needed something to take the pressure off heels of someone who is a little bedbound. The gel pad in the heel is quite discreet & shoes etc can easily been worn with these socks. They are quite a tight fit but I guess they need to be snug to stop the socks rubbing on the heel. Good purchase.

My husband is on Panitumumab which causes dry skin and cracking. He was getting cracks in his heels that were very painful and not responding to urea creams. We use hydrocolloid blister plasters to cover the cracks when going out (very soothing) and these socks with urea cream at home and during the night. My husband likes them and they definitely help. You need to get a few pairs for washing and drying.

I have tried similar products in the past that have been hopeless. However these socks are amazing. I honestly saw (and more importantly felt) visible results after just wearing them for one night. They are so comfortable I forget I am wearing, they don't feel like you are walking on jelly like some products. Also I was pleasantly surprised that even wearing them for the whole day under socks, they were still odorless. I am Male UK size 10.5, and so ordered the large size and the fit perfectly. (Note. Product Picture states sizes in US). Three days ago I could hardly walk without excruciating pain, now I don't feel a thing. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Really happy to have found these. Have used creams before which do work amazingly, but I dislike wearing socks in bed so these are a perfect alternative. The gel part means the cream doesn't absorb into the sock and I felt an improvement straight away. After a couple of weeks I am only using every few days to maintain. Will no doubt purchase more in future and really recommend.

Not quite sure how they work but they do - and quicker than you’d expect.Slightly tight, not sure they are a ‘real’ large men’s size.

They work but have to be careful not to slip but my heels are much softer
