This Little Pedal Is a Beast!
This is a subtle but powerful OD Pedal. It will put your Marshall amp into Djent Mode or your Fender into SRV Mode. It probably colors your tone somehow but I can't sense it on my EVH 5150 Stealth. I use it to push the EVH over the top just a bit more, that way I add a 4th channel. When I use it on the clean channel, I can play SRV Blues type tones until the cows come home. Yes the EVH 5150 can clean up very nice, it is a Fender afterall. This is the best OD I have ever owned. I stopped using my Tube Screamer because it adds too much mid range to the sound. This pedal doesn't push the mid-range, I have the amp for that.

Very Nice!
I really like it running gain low, bass full,18v, knob out, after my Diamond comp into a tele..real fat lots of sustain, and lively/bouncy. I'll set a slightly dirty drive and it sings especially after boosting with an MXR booster. Then when I gain it up a bit it gets even better. So basically it kills wherever the gain is set. I like the tone about noon. Great pedal and price. BTW, I've been a tele player for 40+ years and this pedal is among the better ones for a single coil Fender.

Great version of the Nobels ODR-1
I've tried several versions of the ODR-1 style circuit including the GTO, Imperial Overdrive, Nordland, Nobels Reissue and XTS Nobels modded mini. This one is my favorite. Even a slight edge over the Nordland which costs twice as much if you factor in shipping. The Nordland has more parameters for adjusting but the Belle has a punch to the midrange that I can't quite dial in with the Nordland. It still has that Nobels style transparency, just a more controllable bass and an eq curve that cuts through the mix in a warm natural way.As of right now, the Belle is my go-to pedal for medium gain overdrive. The color knob, bass control and clipping button allow for a good range of usable tones, there is nice complexity in the harmonics without getting too grainy or fizzy, it lets the tone of your guitar come through especially in the middle position on a tele or les paul and 2/4 positions on a strat, and as a bonus it doesn't take up much space on your board. Not as cheap as a Nobels mini but still a decent price for a boutique pedal. If you're looking into Nobels style drives this is definitely one worth checking out.

Bad value, squelchy highs
A Wampler take on a Nobels ODR-1. I'm beginning to learn that "Wampler's take" on pedals means no mids, massive lows, and 50/50 open/cutting highs. This is a WAY overpriced mini pedal that takes all the beautiful sustain and mids out of the ODR-1 and gives you squelchy/almost microphonic sounding highs and massive lows instead. You're better off buying a Nobels if you want that sound. To be fair to the pedal, it sat nice with others and the Nobels type gain structure plays really well with other pedals. I didn't care for the EQ and SMT pedals for this price is an insult.

Versatile low gain and medium gain
I really like the quality of the build and the tones. The eq capabilities are great and useful. I can recommend this pedal if you are looking for a fairly flat eq response vs mid hump type of pedals. It's similar to my JHS morning glory, but the Belle is more versatile in terms of eq capabilities. This pedal does not disappoint!

Nice nobels drive
Nice, similar tone to the nobels, similar compression and tone knob. Addition of bass control is very nice for dialing in to your specific set up. Sounds a little sweeter to my ear on 18v. Haven't heard an old nobels, but it sounds sweeter then the new one I tried. Keeper for me

Awesome overdrive pedal
I purchased this pedal after much research in order to add some "grit" to a tube amp while maintaining reasonable volume levels. It took a couple of tries to get it right, but I finally found the right combination of volume/gain and was very happy with the resulting tone.
