Excellent taste
I don't use bulgur wheat a lot, but when I do, this one has excellent taste. Cooks up nicely.

My experience cooking this product
I like the product alot, however when I made it the first time I followed the instructions on the package. It came out really waterlogged so I googled another recipe that used 1/2 the liquid that the package required. It came out perfectly! I like the texture because it isn't fine and it isn't course. I use it to make tobouli.

Great Product
As far as I can remember this is the first time I have knowingly tasted Bulgur wheat in anything, although probably did so many years ago in the Middle East. I initially used this in making tabbouleh, which turned out great. I also then decide to try it as a hot cereal. I really enjoyed the cereal and the product is easy to cook, etc. All in all I have nothing but good to say about this experience.

Tasty, Organic and Healthy
Every evening with dinner I prepare some kind of grain. Bulgar is one of those grains I truly enjoy. Versatile and easy to prepare I made a pot last night and served it with veggies roasted in a balsamic vinegar glaze. Nutrient dense and tasty this brand always delivers good clean products. I’m a fan!

Tabouli necessity
This is a really healthy grain and tabouli is so good -- people must just not know about it which is why it is hard to find in some grocery stores
