Got these for my daughter. She just started her period. She loves them gives her extra backup since she is starting. She is around 5ft 100lbs and got her a medium. They cover the back part great and the front in way under her belly button. But she does not mind.I ended up ordering another pack. One thing I notice is that it's best to hand wash if blood stains right away if not the stain will stay. I just do a bit of detergent and sometimes hydroproxide. Than hang to dry and good as new.
