The turn table is quite good quality. Heavy, sturdy, smooth and spins true.I did order the 35-in-1 item but was sent another pack without the piping bags and nozzles. I repeatedly tried to contact Amazon and Kootek directly to get the remaining parts sent and was not successful. It was a xmas gift and there was no time to do a return and reorder as I live in Australia. The box was labeled correctly but didn’t contain the correct parts.Overall this was disappointing but not a reflection of the product itself. Rather the support from Amazon. Kootek did respond to my email but as it was sold by Amazon, they said Amazon needed to resolve it.

Wow! What an awesome set! This kit is great for beginners and seasoned cake bakers/decorators alike! The cake-turner alone is worth the money! While I don’t love the piping tips (as I have a collection of ateco and Wilton tips that I prefer to these), the reusable icing bags are super handy, and the turner and scrapers work like a dream! Not to mention, you can never have too many offset spatulas!Photo is of a cake I made with the set, used the textured icing comb included in this set, as well as the spatulas, cake turner, and piping bag!

Honestly, I selected this because of the turntable, the other items were just a bonus. The turntable works beautifully for me and I very much like the pastry bags as well. I will use the flower nail, but not likely the frosting tips, as I already have a set I prefer over the ones in this kit. I do however like the spatulas, they work well even though some have reported they are "cheap". I hand wash mine for fear of damage while in the dishwasher and so far, no problems. I would recommend this set for beginners and beyond. I only wish the tips were better quality (maybe include fewer, but higher quality tips instead? Also would be nice if they were numbered). I am no expert, but not a novice to cake decorating either, and as I improve my skills, I find myself acquiring more tools and knowledge and joy for the art of decorating and cake making. I look forward to continued use of these items and think you may also!

This is a really good set. The turn table is very sturdy and well made! Good weight to it as well. Would have given 5 stars, my only major complaint is that none of the tips have #'s on them, so if your making and following a specific recipe with detailing with a certain tip, you have no idea which one is which. I really wish they had this feature. They are also cheaply made compared to the rest of the set. Overall good price and quality
