So, looks like you CAN build a better "mousetrap"! I'm a 64 yr old woman and like to wear my hair up. I have long, fine hair and was so tired of twisting, weak bobby pins. Found these by accident when ordering a better color for my grey hair. These pins are so different. The opening is wide, no need to spread it open and you just place and slide. No overlapping or hair pulling. I'm impressed!

These are cute, but have more of a gold glitter type paint on them, not just plain gold color bobby pins, which is what I wanted

They are longer than average and aren’t pretty. I don’t know how else to say that, but they’re not going to work for hairstyles where you can see them. The color is almost a maroon with tones of deep red.

Bought for my silver haired mother-in-law.I could only find black in stores and the price was outrageous at drugstores.Dollar stores also only sold black.There is a good amount, so they should last her a long time.

More grey than silver, good amount of bobby pins packaged in a convenient plastic box,i'd avoid if you have hair on the thicker side as they seem to warp/bend really easily (perhaps a quality issue), and once they do you can't use them again as they will no longer hold your hair in place - as they're designed to do

These are not „silver grey“. They’re just metal.
