Good for sampling smooth foods
I use these to sample my jams at farmers markets. Doesn't have as much of a woody flavor as other wood sample sticks.

Nice tiny spoons
Needed very small spoons for 2oz cups of a pudding dish. These are tiny (which I wanted so they didn't overwhelm the small cups) but did the job. Was worried they would taste "wooden" but it was very minor (I was actively seeing if tasted wooden). The dessert I used them for was soft and held up fine for that.
