2nd pair, 1st pair last long time @nearly 4 years.Ordered replacement because internal parts started to come apart finally.Offer was to include a free insole, which I never received.Customer service replied:" oh, sorry about that"?Fit o.k but, my instep too tight as all footwear I buy. Found solution online to stretch it out.Get a gallon ziplok bag, fill it nearly half way while holding two sides of zip.Remove all air and seal it close. Place in boots as far as it'll go, hopefully as far as instep and beyond.Place boots in freezer over night. Water freeze and expand, stretching leather.Suggest starting with less than half of bag...you CAN NOT unstretch the boots!UPDATE: Couple of weeks after giving low feedback and filing complaint with Amazon, seller sent the "missing" insole that was advertized as a bonus.No notice, just showed up unexpectedly in the mail. So, I upped the star rating for customer service from 1 star to 2 due to poor communication AND sending insole NOT as described in advertising, see photo.Would've been 5 star review if item came as advertised...

I work contracting and full time in a machine shop, stepping on metal chips, grease, oil and alot of walking on top of that every day. I've tried the top brand name boots, all failing to match these boots I buy from Walmart normally lol. They take plenty of abuse, exposure and will not come apart like I've had happen with, timberlands, Wolverines, and others. These in particular are my go to every year. Just can't trust the other boots to last and especially the others in the same price range dont even come close. If your gonna be putting some wear and tear on your boots give these a try.
