A part came off and the stapler fell apart in my hand. I think a spring or washers something shot out when it fell apart won’t work anymore I Left it in the trashcan where it belongs.I want to revise this review.I was sent another stapler and this one performs as expected. The first might have had a bad c-clip for the pin to fall out.I have been using the replacement item a lot and it works great it can be a little loud but works very well.I have noticed that it has started to jam up recently but very easy to remove the stuck staple and continue the job. Staples going into dry Hickory wood is probably difficult. Some screws I use snap unless a drill hole is done first so a jam from stapler is not bad.Great item. Good customer satisfaction. And awesome supplier for fixing the original issues.

Performs as well as the pro quality Bostitch and accepts more kinds of staples. The Wiseup will accept T50, but the Bostitch will not accept the Wiseup standard. Both accept each other's brads, but the Bostitch loads only on the right side pointing forward. The Wiseup can be loaded right side or left side, but not both, at the same time. I tried! And the Wiseup can be loaded with U-shaped small cable staples. The size range of staples are for the height, not the width.Picture shows both staplers ready to be loaded, handles in locked position, with the additional feature of the Wiseup easy jam clearance swung open.Picture shows both staplers ready for action. The Bostitch at maximum power adjustment and the Wiseup at the easy setting.Picture shows the results of stapling unto 1/4" hardboard. Not much difference, especially when considering that I had neglected to crank the Wiseup up to maximum power. Impressive to me that both staplers could drive a half inch brad with sufficient force to secure the hardboard to a plywood backing.The Bostitch is ten years old, probably better built and well proven, but if I could own only one stapler, I'd chose the Wiseup. Lucky me! I get to keep both. Indeed, my wife found the Bostitch at the side of the road. Did I want it? Ah... Yup. I ended up scrapping all my other cheap staplers shortly thereafter.It's nice to offer a five-star review with no reservations.

I finally broke down and bought a staple gun and this one works great especially for the cost. I don't have to use it often but it hasn't let me down at all when I have.

This is definitely a solid and durable staple gun. It comes with lots of staples of different types to keep things together all around the house. I mainly ordered this for the U shaped staples for fastening cables to the wall. Now that I have it, I am sure I'll find many other uses for it.It comes with a nice pair of gloves and a staple puller. Word of warning though. It came packaged in a plastic bag almost completely wrapped in tape. To get into it, I used my knife and carefully cut into the top of the bag. In doing so, I caught the knitted back of one of the gloves, putting two small holes in the knit. The gloves are still usable. The damage was pretty much cosmetic. So just be careful getting into the package.The actual process of loading and using the staple gun is quite satisfying. Loading the staples is an easy process. When stapling, you get a nice resounding 'thunk' from the gun as the staple goes into the material. It results in a secure attachment for sure. Great product! 👍👍

I wasted probably 1 out of 3 staples with stapler. I was redoing dinning room chair seats. I used Arrow brand staples also purchased from Amazon and the stapler just mangled a lot of them. I move the tension dial around to find none of the positions helped any. LOL maybe that's why they included a staple puller. That works very well. It is however small and compact. So it's easy to reach some tight places. The bottom staple tray does drop down making it simple to remove any jammed staples. It'll probably last a few large projects without many other issues. Except buy big boxes of staples. Update 5-12 staple puller bent pulling a staple out of a pine board.. This kit isn't worth purchasing.

I was so excited to get this and its a great size and seems well made, however It constantly misfires and jams. I have tried different types of staples including the ones that were included with no better outcome. Very disappointed and returning this for sure.

The stapler is a great tool. I love how the kit came with a staple puller and also a pair of gloves to do the work in. The kit was great for what you get in it. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great stapler.

I started doing furniture flips and just recently started reno-ing chairs, so I bought this to help with reupholstering... And I am thrilled with this stapler! It's easy to load and I like that it comes with the different staples, but I'm really only using the 'u-shaped' ones for my projects right now.Funny enough, my favorite piece of the kit is actually the staple remover! It makes removing the staples a breeze and I actually didn't even have to touch the staple once I removed it - the remover lets you sort of hold the staple in it's grasp after you pull it out. So I was able to remove the staple and drop it into a trash bag as I went along. I also thought the gloves were a nice touch and they came in handy on my latest project.
