I have started having really bad PMS because of perimenopause. I found about this supplement online and after reading positive reviews, I decided to give it a go. So far, it has smooth my periods to the point that I don't have cramps- that has felt oddly weird but good!I am on my first month of taking these tablets and will update review with progress :-)

This tablet has worked for me. It's fantastic... I feel like me again.. I've only been taking for a week. My mum noticed a change in me and said to me.. your not like my happy daughter.. what's wrong. It made me think and I said.. maybe I am going through the menopause. So I thought I would try these tablets. As they are good for all stages of menopause. I am feeling less aches and pains, am sleeping again, no more mood swings or feeling irritated and now feeling like my old happy self. Thanks to me listening to my mum, I will arrange to see my doctor about it aswell. These are really good.

I bought these to replace a menopause multi vitamin that was v expensive. Did not read properly but this is not a multi vitamin (which is personally what I wanted).It contains ingredients that are supposed to help menopause symptoms.

I tried a pack of these for a month, at only half the dose (one, once a day instead of twice a day) and over that time I found that the weird hot flashes I had in the early mornings, and some anxiety type leanings have either significantly reduced or gone away. I have now purchased the larger bottle and am taking them every morning.

Iv'e been taking these over 12 months now and i don't see any difference in my flushes or fatigue and tiredness. cancelled my sub with these, and changed to another product, hoping they help!!!!

I’m using it for perimenapause symptoms. The tablets are a little large so not very easy to swallow, the flavour is mixed but not nasty, all in all a very good I would recommend this product to help symptoms of anxiety issues and others such like for the menopause

I was recommended this by a friend to help with my night sweats although they don’t seem to have improved that my mood is so much better and feel a lot less tired in the day! I would highly recommend this product for anyone who is perimenopause like me!!
