I use this belt when my hip is giving me problems and it helps take the pressure off pretty good. I also use it when my lower back is hurting and it works good for that too. The velcro is heavy duty and stays connected. It has outer straps that help adjust tightness. These are also great for pregnancy ligament pain, as I've used a similar belt for that in the past.

This belt is well designed, at least, appeared to be the same/similar design as the more expensive brand. It's made well. I've only had it a week so we'll see how well it stands up to daily use.

I bought this for the time before I could get in to see my chiro and it worked wonders on my lower back. It held me together so I could move, sit and walk without over doing it. It did start to tear a bit at one seam but I'm wondering if I might've been wearing too tight? Other than that it works/worked great!
