If you're looking for an exceptional high end taste, more refined palates will want to check out this very nicely crafted Bourbon Barrel Aged Nova Maple Syrup. It's not only one of the best I've tried, it has a unique quality and flavor I've not found in most others. I think most use a standard bourbon, where if you take note, this master craftsman uses "Apple Brandy Bourbon".... I'm not sure if that's the "difference" that makes it a HIT, but whatever it is, the flavors finish off very nicely!If you're just making box mix pancakes, probably not going to justify the cost. If you're breaking out Bob's Red Mill Quality flour, farm fresh eggs, goat's milk/buttermilk and making the real deal pancakes, you'll want this one on your menu... ;)

Pro -This is a great syrup with the apple favor.Con - Dislike the top, wife could not open it, I had a hard time until the bottle slipped on the counter when the top popped open and then lots of syrup on the counter......Change the top design to modern tops like on the other syrups & I will buy again...

you will love this more. Sweeter, more syrupy, with a more pronounced maple flavor. True, it's more expensive than regular maple syrup, but in a class by itself. Great on or for making frozen desserts. Once you try this you may never go back to using regular maple syrup. It's that good.

I saw this in my options when searching for an apple cider maple syrup. Figured I would give it a try. I just got it yesterday. Opened it immediately and tried it. HOLY COW~ YUM!!!!!!!! Very very good lots of flavor. The person who sent it took the care to make sure that the packaging was going to protect it well. Great work. Amazing flavor.

This stuff is delicious and the swing top bottle is a nice touch, it's sweet with slight apple notes and the brandy/alcohol taste is mild and doesn't detract from the syrup at all. The taste is 5 stars but I admit, I won't purchase this regularly given the price. This makes for a great gift though!

Everyone loves this syrup. Great flavor. Heat it up a bit in microwave and use on French toast, waffles or pancakes. Highly recommend.

I'm not sure if this product is tasty or not....I never got to try it. I was so excited to order this. As soon as it came, I opened it and poured a tiny bit out for a friend, then put it away in the cabinet for a special day. I don't tend to keep syrups in the fridge, especially maple ones, because they become hard to pour when you go to use them. I checked the bottle's label to see if it had refrigeration requirements on it and there was nothing, so in the cabinet it went. I finally got around to making an amazing breakfast fit for Apple Brandy Bourbon Maple Syrup....only to find that mine had mold growing in it!!! I contacted the company and the response I got was less than satisfactory. I was told that the mold isn't harmful (gee, great. harmful or not, who likes mold on their food??) and that they are aware that they should have put info stating that their product NEEDS TO BE REFRIGERATED. Then I was told that I simply need to scoop the mold out, boil the rest of the remaining product, sterilize the bottle, then pour it back in and it'll be good to go! Um....I don't know if they think I have an industrial kitchen with all kinds of fancy gadgets and such, but I have no way of being able to sterilize the bottle, no time to boil the product, and no way to get it back in the bottle even if I could. Besides, the idea of mold already in there has turned my stomach! But that was their only solution. Other than trashing it. Super disappointed I paid $20 for something that's going right in the trash because of THEIR MISLABELING (which, isn't that some sort of code violation??)
