I am someone who experiences medium to heavy flow during periods and my school pants always used to get stained wearing regular pads. ALWAYS.I used to feel the worst during my periods - changing pads frequently, washing my stained clothes, checking my pants for stains, sitting consciously etc etc. I'm sure it's not just me who wished for a convenient alternative, something like a baby's diapers. The pack will come with 6 pads inside. Superb quality, but give you races when you over use it. Worth buying. I bought this for postnatal or postpartum period and I'm satisfied with this product.
