PERFECT FOR A RELAXING FOOT SPA SEE REVIEW
I love using Epson salts with lavender for a soak for my feet! I don't have a Foot Spa but I do keep a separate bowl for soaking my feet. A DIY foot Spa is fun here's how I do mine... Just before I go to bed. add a small handful of these Epson salts to some warm water in your bowl you will now smell the lovely lavender aroma. Have ready a TOWEL, MOISTURISER, for feet and some comfy SOCKS,Now sit down comfortably pop your feet into the bowl and relax enjoy your feet soaking in your luxurious spa bath!If you have one after a bit of a soak use your foot file if you haven't got one they are worth having (available on amazon) gently rub over any hard skin to remove it and leave your feet baby soft. Carry on soaking after for a little while longer. Once your water starts to get cool. Lift your feet onto a towel and dry thoroughly remember to dry between your toes!Once your feet are completely dry slather on a good moisturiser for feet paying extra attention to your heels. Now pop you pampered feet into your comfy socks. If possible leave your socks on overnight to allow the moisturiser to soak in. Treat yourself each week to your DIY foot spa your feet will thank you for it!I enjoy writing reviews I hope this DIY Spa tip helped

Available cheaper locally
They are available in Poundland so I’d check there first... I didn’t and purchased from here then realised I could get them cheaper. Found two out of the three shown here in one of my local poundland shops. The fragrance is quite strong in the bag but not so much in the bath. I have a large bath so I add more than what is suggested. The salts dissolve well. I found the reseal of the bag didn’t really do the job so I bought an airtight container and scoop to use with the salts. Good for a pound but not so good value at this price.

The Perfect Bath Soak for Aching Muscles
I love lavender fragrance and sometimes add a few drops to my Epsom salts but came across these already lavender scented so thought I would give them a go and I'm happy i did. They dissolve well and smell really nice. I found it was sweeter than lavender but what a lovely relaxing bath I have using them. Soak for about an hour and afterwards feel my muscles have loosened up and takes the edge off my back pain too. My eyes feel heavy, my body is warm and relaxed ready for bed and a restful night sleep. Will purchase again.

Lovely smelling bath salts
I love the smell of these bath salts. Really help my body to relax. I went on a 5 mile walk while 35 weeks pregnant and afterwards I was so sore! My mum ran me a bath with these, I soaked for 2 hours and went straight to bed. The next morning all my aches and pains had gone! So I had to get some for myself to use at home. Anytime I have sore hips or lower back I run a bath with these salts and my pain goes away by the next day. Only negative is that as I like to have baths at least 3 times a week (even when I’m not pregnant) I can get through a bag quickly.

Gorgeous smelling, relaxing lavender salts
These magnesium salts smell absolutely stunning. Lavender is such a relaxing smell and so good for the muscles too. I've had a few baths using these and haven't needed much for the whole bathroom to smell lovely, but would recommend using a good amount to get the relaxing benefits from the magnesium. The salts dissolve easily and quickly in the bath and are extremely soothing.I will definitely buy more! I keep mine in a pretty tub with a little scoop I got from a gift purchase. I've almost used them all up!
