Kensington Surface Pro 11, 10, 9 & 8 Magnetic Privacy Screen (K51700WW)

The matte and glossy side is a nice touch, though with the glossy side down, it's almost like it clings to the screen and creates bubbles.The magnets on the bottom part of the frame of the screen attach with a very satisfying click, and have wonderful strength.That's why it's so weird that there's not anything at the top of the screen. Some blue tabs were included that had a like, gel glue almost? And it seems as though this is supposed to keep the top half attached to the device but it strangely doesn't do much of anything besides maybe provide a buffer.It has carveouts that fit well with their case, and the level of privacy protection is nice. However I find that depending on the viewing angle of the device, the top half of the screen protector often starts to pull away.It's a decent product, but could have been absolutely great if they actually had magnets on the top part of the screen where the camera cutouts are.

Overall a decent fool proof product that attaches with magnets so you can easily remove as needed. One gripe is that it doesn’t sit perfectly flat against the screen so you get the “air bubble” effect similar to a badly apply mobile phone screen protector, which reduces clarity. You can drown it out by increasing your screen brightness if it bothers you but will naturally drain your battery.

I really liked the magnetic frame on this product as it perfectly fixes onto the Surface Pro 9 screen. The gloss facing down option had quite a few bubbles I wasn't able to remove so I opted to use the matte side facing down. Not sure why the blue tabs are included if its designed for a magnetic frame? Perhaps if you want it permanently fixed. I read too many reviews of poor adhesive, so I won't use the adhesive tabs.
