Chimes smaller than expected…only wings light up…and the angel hangs forward because it is handing on the light cord…debating whether to return…it is also a lot smaller than expected

It was even prettier in person then the picture, bought it for my sister who lost her only child to cancer it made her smile which was what I wanted to do.

My wife asked me to order this for her and she was very excited when it arrived. She put it up herself where she could see and hear it and looked forward to seeing it glow at night. Well, it never lit up. We have had this thing for about two weeks now and not only it does not light up at night, it hardly makes a noise. This is a quiet angel that doe snot glow, cheaply made, and overpriced for what it actually is.
