My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary with a renewal of vows. Our color scheme was silver and white. I wanted an age-appropriate gown that would flatter my apple shape. No alterations were needed. The lace got caught on the rhinestones in my shoes a couple of times but that was a minor inconvenience and easy to solve. I usually wear between size L to XL (38 DD, 160 lbs). I decided to try the XL because I didn't want to feel restricted or uncomfortable. It was a wise decision. However, I could have also worn the L. So I would say the dress fits true to size. For extra volume, I wore a long wedding petticoat in gray (purchased on Amazon), to keep within the color scheme. It added more elegance and made the dress look custom-made and expensive. I added the belt (purchased on Amazon) to complement the dress and accessorized simply with one of the 4 hair bandeaus shown (also purchased on Amazon). The bridal bouquet added the finishing touch (also purchased on Amazon). The veil was also purchased on Amazon.So Amazon outfitted the bride without breaking the bank.

Perfect especially for the price. It is bright white. I love the double layers. It has a plastic comb so I’m not sure how it will hold up but I only need to wear it once anyways! Love it and would definitely recommend.

My cousin need veil quickly and it was under $10 but looks more expensive.main thing is she loves the veil and it goes with her wedding dress.
