These are much better than I expected because of the thought that has gone into their design. The plastic is a bit thin, I did need to put bricks in the bottom because they were top-heavy but read on. There is reinforcement sections that clip in to hold the shape. There are drain holes to drill in the bottom part which has a raised tube so the hole leaves a small reservoir of water in the bottom for plants. If you are using just the top tray to save soil the lack of holes means you can fill it with sand/water to add weight without it flowing out. The top tray part also has its own water reservoir for the plants and a series of preformed holes that allow for the roots of plants to access the water. It is amazing that this has been thought of in such a cheap product. The upper water tray can be removed in case you want the plants to access a giant water store or you need super draining. I went and bought 3 more of these.

They look the part and do come with a small inner to plant things in and some supports. That said they are flimsy and easily broken, which is a pity.

Not planted it yet so can't speak to durability, but i'm happy with the product overall. I plan using it without the liner to allow more space for the plant to root. However I am gifting the smaller pot to a friend to grow strawberries on a covered balcony. It's a good size but doesn't tak up too much space due to bring tall snd narrow. Colour as described. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

This looks more expensive than it was.It could be used (with the insert) for summer or seasonal planting or filled completely and used for some hardier plants.

Arrived badly damaged. Very cheap thin plastic. Avoid.

It was the right measurement to decorate the little coner at my door step. I sprayed the artificial flowers with quality air freshner to make the floor area smell nice as I have 3 other neighbours on the same floor.

Right size planter for what we wanted, unfortunately arrived slightly damaged so the trough doesn't sit tight in the planter. Trough planter damaged in corner. Arrived in a really large box but could have done with some protection wrapped around the item to protect during transit.
