They felt well made and the retractor had a nice amount of tension when extended. I've been using these for about a year and they are performing like they did the day I received them. These will be my first choice when I get ready to replace a couple of lesser-quality retractors that are failing.

The design is great and I love that they incorporated a tape measure into it… my only issue is that the internal springs are not strong enough to hold heavier tools like forceps… they tend to dangle… it’s great for lighter tools like clippers….

Use these for fishing line nippers and they seem to be holding up fine. Worth buying.

I bought these a couple times. They work well for fishing, so that you don't lose our nippers or hook removers.

Good price and good quality

The sprung extension cord is strong and good quality and returns is quick without being too strong making it easy to use the attached tools. The tool clip is very strong and positive meaning tools do not come free when in use. The only draw back is that there is a top clip rather than a pin on the back which could be a draw back if you do not have a suitable place to clip it.
