NOT 3 grams of carbs!!!
Unfortunately I loved this flavor! But I am a type 1 diabetic and took 3 grams worth of insulin for this protein powder (which is what the nutritional information says it is) and my glucose went up over 200mg after drinking a 1/4 of my shake and I was in the 300’s! Be so so careful using this powder if you rely on insulin and are managing your blood sugars.

Taste just like cake batter!
If you love cake batter then you will love this protein powder. My favorite way of using it is mixing it with yogurt. Delicious!
