Solid gasket
The gasket is great! Gasket size is compatible with the appropriate Nuova Simonelli models. With regular maintenance these come in and out very easily and the seal is always good. As long as the machine is maintained you easily get three months of use. I don't know if there is a huge difference or not between the flat gasket and the one with a ridge, I have personally only used the flat ones. I hope this is helpful!

Works perfect in my appia 2! Have not noticed a difference in quality between this flat gasket and the optional conical gasket. Seals my portafilter just fine at 9bar. Will order again in 6 months.

With this gasket my portafilter fits at 3pm and not at 6pm as it should. I tried to contact the seller but wasn't able to get a response. My machine needs a thicker gasket.

Just what I wanted...
I am using this rubber gasket with my Pesado dosing cup. Perfect fit due to the lower height (7mm vs the rest at 8 or 8.5mm).The Pesado dosing cup with this rubber gasket slides into place on top of a 3D-printed DF64 dosing cup adapter. This brings the dosing cup closer to the exit chute of the DF64 but not that close.
