Brilliant to use and so easy!Does anyone have a photo of the charger however as my son has mixed up some chargers and i cant remember which one i had for this 😅

Excellent product and started my car first time after it had been lying down because of the virus going about, it had been off road for almost two weeks and battery was not in good shape. Handy thing to keep in the garage.

The item itself worked ok a few times but then just lost its charge and would not recharge with the adaptor. I had to return the product for a refund and because it was outside 30 day return window they would not refund the postage, which was just a snip under £10, even though the product was faulty. Luckily Amazon saw sense and refunded me. So in summary, product ok until it stopped working, company initially did well with refunding the item let themselves down by pennypinching and hiding behind Amazon's good customer service.

Really suprised to see so many negative reviews, maybe these are faulty units? Damaged / old batteries? Maybe the unit had been used before and people got returns, or, it simply can't hold enough power to sufficiently start bigger engine types. I don't use my car very much, especially over the last 4 months-2 years, so the battery is always going completely dead. I have a 1.4 Astra SXi and this allows me to get it started everytime I need to go out! You have to charge it everytime after use and make sure its completely full before use. I just connect it, red to positive, black to neg, go in the car and turn the key, hey presto! Even when the car battery was EXTREMELY flat -after some coughing and wheezing, it started it. The amount of times I've been caught short with a flat battery over the years, I wish I had a bought one sooner! I was prompted by having seen my mechanic use a trade grade unit on my car when I got stuck at the doctors surgery... sure, this isn't as pro as his, but, for £50 I'd say it's worth it. Haven't used the other features but I know the light works. I also wish it wasn't a bright yellow as this draws attention and also makes it look cheap. I guess it makes it easier in the dark? I'm not sure how long it will last as it is itself a battery, and they wear out, but, I would happily buy another considering how much use out of it I have had already.

The unit is wonderfully portable. The compressor and emergency torch are fine. Unfortunately the battery booster is weak. It struggled to boost a low ( not flat ) battery to start my car. Luckily I had a set of jump leads handy.

I was a bit put off initially by the negative reviews, and I'm really not clued up on car maintenance, but the product arrived in less than 2 days, instructions easy to follow and it worked straightaway.
