I even used the elliptical for 30 minutes this morning with minimal slippage! The straps let you adjust for different knee widths.

This is more bulky than I thought. Maybe my leg is too small because I have to velcro it to the very max and it rubs on my leg. I need to wear a sock that I cut just to keep it from rubbing on my inner knee and causing discomfort and a rash. Otherwise, it DOES provide the support that I need to further the healing of my meniscus tear.
