I’ve been using the Listerine Gum Therapy Antiplaque & Anti-Gingivitis Mouthwash for a couple of weeks now, and I can definitely see a positive difference in my gum health. It seems to be doing its job well—my gums feel healthier, and the occasional bleeding I used to experience has significantly decreased.The Glacier Mint flavor is refreshing, but it’s quite strong, and the intensity can be a bit overwhelming during the rinse. It’s not a dealbreaker, but if you’re sensitive to strong flavors, you might want to ease into using it.Overall, it’s an effective product that delivers on its promises. The ADA acceptance is also reassuring, and the 1-liter bottle is a good value for the price. If the formula were a bit milder, I’d give it 5 stars.
