One of the better one's about........
This is a review for the Zakitane Combaterwing CW30 Wired Mouse. This was purchased with my own money & no discount or incentive of any kind was received. This is one of several mice i've recently tested as i needed to replace my existing cheap Bazalias Gaming Mouse. Some of the mice tested were returned as 'unsatisfactory' in quality or performance.First impressions of this are good. It comes packed in a matt black cardboard box with a red Combaterwing logo on the top. Inside there is just a plastic tray, a small multilingual spec sheet & of course the mouse itself. There is no product manual or driver disc. As there is no driver disc it's just a simple matter of plugging to into an available USB port & away you go. It works perfectly like this & you do have the option of changing the DPI rate via buttons on the top of the mouse. When in use & when idle, the LEDs inside this change colour from red to blue, then purple. It's quite pleasant & not overly bright or anything.Construction wise it's 95% plastic, with the cable exist port being metal along with the scroll wheel outer rim (very nice) the rear thumb screw.....not sure what that's meant to do? Also the two springs inside are presumably metal but again i am not actually sure what they do. The connecting cable is a really thick braided affair which feels very strong, but this is slightly shorter than the claimed 1.7 metres. There does not appear to be any adjustment available apart from the neat feature of removable weights. My only real complaint is that the mouse seems to 'drag it's belly' on anything other than a very slippery mouse mat. This is due (i think) to the rather shallow feet & there are no spares provided to allow stacking these & giving more clearance to the underside. This will not be a problem to most folks though, as my mat is fairly grippy anyway.UPDATE: After using this for several hours i've discovered that the metal thumbwheel was actually in contact with my mouse mat causing some of the 'dragging'. Having now screwed it slightly further into the body it no longer does this. The fact that this wheel points downwards towards the mat does not help.In short, this is good value but is no gaming mouse. I do not use it for this anyway but it would probably be a major drawback not being able to customise the button layout or the lights.

I would miss on this one if you are looking for a good cheap mouse
Bit too small for me, and doesn't feel premium.Up DPI acts as a Mouse 1 function for some reason.I would miss on this one if you are looking for a good cheap mouseUpdate: after 1 months of use it gave up on me and decided to stop working in every USB port I tried to plug it into.Contacted customer service and they were BRILL! quick response and I am now a satisfied customer
