Always look up application ways on “YouTube” for whatever or wherever and how to apply to any body part that is hurting. Stays in place for 5 days even through showering daily. You just need to pat dry the tape after showering, then use a hair dryer on it while pushing the tape edges down to get most of the moisture out of the tape and getting the adhesion to activate again.Love this tape!It’s easy to remove with very little noticeable pain.

I am using KT to fix my shoulders ligaments when I am doing bench press. Very helpful

First, I was surprised at the condition of the box that the KT tape came in. It was torn and smashed. It looked like an item that hadn’t sold for years and should have been on a discount table. I tried to cut one piece and it was sticky and difficult. I used it on my thumb and when I tried to remove, my skin almost came with it. I’ve used KT tape for years and this is not what I’m used to. I’ll never buy again in a huge roll. It’s not worth the few extra dollars you save!!

Seems to stick just like the rolls of 20 strips.

KT extreme does not lose adhesion

Tape does not stay on if it gets wet or sweaty. It appears to be less than quality since it does not adhere as advertised. I bought for an ankle injury and expected it to stay on for at least 2 days before replacing. It barely lasts thru the day.

I’ve used this product in the past, but this roll is a dud. The sides started shredding off within the first hours of use and within the day it was losing elasticity. This is my 4th roll but the first time it’s been so substandard.
