Mouth-watering fruit garnish! I am a DIY mocktail mixologist. For my plum based beverages, I have been using frozen plums but these freeze dried plums are extraordinary (also since freeze drying retains high nutrition+flavor vs frozen fruit). These plum chunks are delicious and healthy snacking option but for me, it also worked out great as a topping on my mocktail, especially given it's vibrant purple appearance. Highly recommended for an elevated beverage experience.

I took the advice of previous reviewer and used it in mocktail with little sprite and lemon and it was heavenly. It's great by itself too but its exotic and acquired taste. Give it a try!!

Not sure what it is, but there's a strange after taste in this product. It's says no preservatives in the packaging, but it sure tasted strange.

The best use we found for these freeze dried plums was as a topping for a cocktail. We tried eating them straight, they are beautiful and all uniformly shaped and have a great texture, however there was an almost bitter, very earthy, aftertaste.We found we enjoyed it paired with something very sweet, in this case a honey flavored cocktail mixer. Also, it’s super fun to watch the crushed powdered fruits drift to the bottom of the glass. Pretty!

Love how it just melts in your mouth and tastes so fresh! Great way to include fruits in daily life.
