I love this product. It feels comfortable. There is a chemical smell when you first receive the item wash it. Let it sit for a little bit. The chemical smell will go away. It fits great. It is true to size. If you are on the fence about whether it’s gonna be too big or too small I would go smaller and then you have to zip it up a little tighter. You’re gonna have a better fit and get more production out of you in this.

I love the sauna vest. A buddy recommended a waist trainer to use during my workouts. But i dont like having to readjust the belt every 5 mins during a workout. So i came across this vest, and man o man is it worth it. Used it at the gym and i was leaking like a faucet. My back felt great the moment i put it on. It fits a little snug but i believe thats the purpose of it. Its very comfortable and snug at the same time. And feels very durable. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a waist trainer or anyone looking to sweat more or have more support during a work out. Also when wearing it, it made my body looked more toned under my clothing. No one can tell that you have it on.. 5 out of 5 for me.

Ordered medium and the garmet is large on me. Material is also thicker than others I have. Works as instructed and a great way to sweat extra during workouts. Due to thickness of garmet it seems bulky if work under a shirt.

At first I was thinking of getting just a support belt but I have had the experience of them rolling down or up, so I decided to chose this item instead, the biggest reason was because I saw that it was long enough to go all the way down under my mid line. I realized I have to put it on without unzipping it. Then to take it off, then I unzip it. Its easier that way and the 3XL did fit. I use it to workout in the morning and it works great. I think the best part is that its so long that it supports me without having to worry about adjusting the shirt so much.Also I asked several people and they said they could not tell I had anything underneath, but they did notice my belly did not show as much. So you can wear it stealth mode if you dont want anyone to know.I recommended it to my friend that goes to workout with me and I think he will buy it too.

I had high hopes for this product but, it let me down. First of all it didn’t make me look like the picture when I put it on. Secondly, the zipper needs to be industrial grade so that my fat gut and droopy man titties don’t break though! Mad me sad! I’ll keep looking for something else.

Exactly what I was looking for. I recently began jogging and cycling again but I needed something to take me to the next level when losing weight. I completely recommend this vest to anyone who’s looking for that extra performance boost when losing weight.Additionally, when I workout at the gym now it truly allows a free range of motion regardless of the exercise (benching, rowing, pull-downs, barbell and using the various motions of this Smith machine) Please also make sure you check the recommended waist line. As long as you measure that correctly you’re sure to have a great fit. Forget about size and weight the waist line is what matters and it will fit just right. My waist is 34 but my waist line for the product is 41 - Again order accordingly-Perfect fit, great product

First impression when I received the vest, I was pretty happy. Double stitch, breathable mesh slits and comfortable material. I’m 6’1” 265 lbs. I ordered the 2XL and it fits great. It was a snug fit, not tight, and it conforms to your body with use. No one can even tell you are wearing it and you have full range of motion whatever activity you do. One thing I hate about the sweat belts is that you have to readjust constantly, not with the vest. It fits past my waist and my shoulders are free to move. Front zipper makes it super easy to put on and take off. Cleaning is very simple, I place it on a hanger, run it threw the shower with a little soap, hange it to dry, and it’s ready for the next day.It does what it says, increases your core body heat and helps you sweat everywhere. I totally recommend this vest. I even purchased the shorts to see if they work as good. Hope this helps. Pics are after use, I’ve been tough on it, trust me!

I love this vest. It is so comfortable and it doesn’t fold. Sizing was perfect. I got the X-Large as I have been losing belly size and weight. I am sitting just below the upper limit on the size. Hope to get to the point that I need to order a smaller vest.I love how this feels when you are working out. I have worn other body shapers that almost feel like I am being suffocated just by how you have to put it on. Not this thing. This is just like putting a jacket on. Someone had mentioned how the zipper was left-handed. It took me a minute to get the right grip for a right-handed individual.If you already have body shapers, give this a try. You might like it more than you think. Anyone new to these things, just jump in and get it. Well constructed and helps get your sweat on.

The product fits well I didn’t find it help me sweat anymore or any less when I worked out.

The zip is already broken after just 3 days.Very disappointing.Waste of money.
