if you were on the fence about getting these… JUST DO IT! i’ve tried many of ACV gummies/ other products, and these blow all competitors out of the water. not only do they taste good, BUT they’re effective as well!!! i found that these actually helped with my bloating whilst i was on my not my cycle. i also love that they’re leto!! if you’re needing an ACV gummy, GO WITH THESE!

As someone who does a lot of heavy lifting this product has been incredible for oxygen transportation and blood transportation, since this includes beet root juice which assists in vasodilation. I have to say 10/10!!!

I really hate to leave a bad review, but taste is really bad. They taste like rotten apples to me & the after taste sticks with me. Maybe this is how they're supposed to taste, but I really wish they would have added some flavor to to help cover the taste. Unfortunately I won't be able to take these as the flavor really got to me. On the plus side they have a really nice consistency and are easy to chew & swallow. They don't stick to your teeth & are also very cute.

While using this product, which has been for about a week, I haven’t really noticed any significant difference in taking them versus not taking them. The taste is what I would expect for an apple cider vinegar gummy. I didn’t experience any changes in my appetite while taking these.The quality of the gummy’s as far as I can tell seem pretty decent. I see this when comparing it to other supplemental gummy’s. It does look like a finished product. The molds don’t seem super weird or half done.Probably my largest concern from using this product and tracking is in relationship to how it’s advertised with Caddo. What I mean by this is that depending on your level of the keto diet that you’re using you may want to scrutinize the supplemental facts and ingredient list a little bit more on this product. In reading the ingredient label, there is glucose syrup and sugar in this product. I suspect they did this, because there doesn’t seem to be a clear insertion of any apple product in here. Only flavor. The very bottom of the ingredient list does have purple carrot juice concentrate, but it seems to be a very small amount based on the way the recipe read since it’s near the bottom.Nutritionally it provides 24 cal for two gummy’s and for those on a zero carb keto diet this product would be bad because it does have 6 g of carbs and that includes 4 g of sugar. 4 g of sugar are added (to provide sweetness to the gummy).I would also warn diabetics to read the label before using this product to make sure that it is within your nutritional wheel of things that you can have in given what I’m reading on the contents. It doesn’t look like it would be ideal for that.Bottom line, I do recommend this product with the knowledge of what I have read and tasted in the product that it is not suitable for everyone. I would highly encourage you to read the nutrition, content and labels that I’ve provided in the pictures to help you before purchasing this product. This does seem to be a product that could be used on a regular diet as well as keto because I’m not seeing anything specifically, that would make it keto only. Do take heed of what is in this coming before consuming it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I like taking ACV gummies, because I like the heath benefits of ACV but not the taste, so gummy form FTW for me. These gummies have a slightly sharp and tart apple flavor, and they are soft and easy to chew. They do contain sugar, though, so pay attention if you are truly keto and carb count is important. I am not keto, however, so this is not a problem for me. I do like having these gummies as an addition to my supplement regimen. Very happy with them.

These taste pretty good. They are not overly sweet. They are like halfway between a candy gummy and a fruit snack. They don't have that bitter taste other gummies might have. You get a decent amount in the jar and I would prefer a dark bottle to lower light intrusion to the gummies. Apple cider vinegar is supposed to have health benefits. It might prevent heartburn, reduce blood sugar levels and aid weight loss.My only issue is there should be more for the amount they charge or lower the cost.
