TRUTH YouTube Studio has around a Gazillion of Tripods and Monopods all serves a multitude of purposes but when it comes to compact them into a small form on the Studio Film Desks or out is a different matter, that's when a fellow YouTuber suggested the Zakitane 22" not only does it have all the features of the big boys but its a small form factor.So where do we start firstly it comes with a SmartPhone Bracket but not the Standard C Shape that only allows you to install phone into unit Landscape with the 1/4" thread exposed on the bottom for the tripod mount, this one swivels around 90 degrees doesn't sound like much but if your YouTubing this is an excellent stick the phone in Portrait with the Camera lenses up top, you can then use the full Tripod Swivel and tilt capabilities.The actual Tripod is relatively stable I truly love the Legs and that they have stability cups on each foot allow this to sit flat at any angle very handy when using out perhaps lining a shot up on an uneven wall with these feet and the adjustable legs it is pure simple simple ;).With all these plus points there is always a downer but its not just this Tripod that suffers from this its most Budget Tripods, The Head has a Plastic on Plastic style movement instead of a bearing this would cost literally pennies or cents to add, but so many avoid doing this and what this means is a significant amount of friction, so you can have Sniper Style steady hands holding the tilt handle trying to pan across you will always get a jittery shot because it's getting stuck we have tried spray lube everything it doesn't resolve. It's not a game changer but worth noting and worth knowing that this is the case for all tripod like this unless you're lucky to find one that added a bearing.It has a unique handle on the side that raises the Head up and down around 5" great for slight tweaks to your shots once the tripods have been set up in place. The Quick Release plate as with most is well made and has a rubber top preventing excess wear to your camera or equipment you're connecting to it. The Legs extend to 57.2cm/22.5 with an open pull latch very easy to adjust, I love the squared off shape of the legs indeed makes this seem more expensive that it is.Weight wise at 0.64kg you cant complain, and it comes with a quality carry case with full zip unlike the cheaper drawstring ones usually found on this type of tripods.So let's give this the usual Truth Unbox lowdown :PROS :- Quality Carry case, unlike typical drawstring Dealios.- Folds to be a tiny form factor great for fitting into rucksack or camera bag.- Comes with the rotating SmartPhone Adapter to connect to top excellent add-on and useful for not only this but many other applications you will have along the way filming.- Three Section Legs easily extended using the quick latches.- Alloy Legs Squared off look expensive.- Head and Neck of Tripod can reach up and down using the small handle on the side enabling adjustment of height during the shoot or to gain an extra bit of elevation when legs fully extended.CONS:- Swivel head friction makes jittery movements side to side, but that's the same with all budget tripods.So to conclude this tripod is definitely one of our go-to items when we are mobile so this has the TRUTH UNBOX FULL THUMBS UP !!!

I have bought it to use with my projector. It holds it well. The bolt is a little short to be honest but it still holds large projector. Its easy to adjust and very lightweight. The only weak point is the lever to adjust centre pole. It is a bit flimsy however with careful use it will be fine in my opinion.For the price its all right. I have used it too to photograph macro and while using slow shutter speed to avoid movement, it is good for that too.I would say that this is good entry level tripod, especially for students.

This is a great tripod for someone who requires a light easy to use and very adaptable tripod it has all of the professional features with the hook for extra weights to make sure the tripod does not move in wind and also has a smooth fluid head which allows it to get smooth pans the tripod is equipped with ball and socket joints at all three of its feet which allow it to be set on rough terrain and level it this can be checked/confirmed by checking the spirit levels which shows if the tripod is level and also if the fluid heads shot is level the head is also very easy to use and easily folds open it has a quick release plate to ensure quick camera connection it also has a special height adjustment system which is very effective especially which using it for very specif heights all in all I believe this is a great light easy to use tripod with very exclusive features and is very durable as its made of abs plastic and aluminium alloy.

 The tripod arrived in good time and upon first glimpse it seemed about right for the money.However after a day of use one of moving parts had became unstable causing the camera platform to be wobbly, when I tried to tighten the platform it very easily over tightened and a 'SNAP' was heard, 'sigh', duct tape to the rescue!All was fine again until day 5, when the same happened with the horizontal pan screw (over tighten and 'SNAP') so now the camera spins around and around freely.I'm using it for daily vlogging with a Lumix G6 camera (which weighs very little).SUMMERYAll in all a great tripod if you're looking to use it for a family photo 5 times a year, but after daily use of just 1 week it wasn't up to the job. Poor fittings and cheap plastic build of the camera mount have left me with a broken tripod and very little faith in the tripods ability to hold my camera safely...without lots of duct tape.

the tripod looks great, and stands very well, it is great for the size i wanted and is very sturdy. The part of the stand that moves in the motion from left to right has a plastic twisting wheel underneath that connects the legs to the body snapped down the middle when i was moving it around. luckily for me the stand is steady enough that is does not impair the overall function of the tripod and it will stay in the correct position that i need it in. I have only had it a while and i'm not sure if it would stand up to a lot of punishment, but It is not too bad for the price.

I ordered this product as a present for my daughter in law's birthday. She was pleased with the size and weight but alas the first one delivered had a broken handle. I was able to return it, get a refund, all very promptly and once that process had been completed I reordered it.I am pleased to say this time the product was perfect, arrived ahead of the predicted delivery date and my daughter in law is delighted.Thank you for promptly rectifying the issue, in the end everything has turned out well.

I chose this for travel purposes, it's a relatively small one, ideal for putting on a small table etc or on the ground for low level shots.I didn't realise it came with a zipped bag, which was a nice surprise.So I was really pleased with it, as it's very stable which is really important for a crisp detailed photo.
