Perfect for Evo Gym
I bought this specifically to use with my Evo Gym so my review will be geared towards that. It’s the same width as the Evo Gym platform. The padding on the bar is comfortable and the bends are in just the right places. I’ve been using this primarily for bicep curls, upright rows and tricep push downs, but it works fine for squats as well.

Works on the Weider Ultimate Body Works gym too!
I bought this to switch up the handle/grip options on my Weider Ultimate Body Works machine. Yes, it fits! And yes, it’s a great addition. It seems to be well constructed, so I am hoping to get a lot of use out of it.

You may Quickly Get Attached to this Attachment...
I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the handle came with a few indentations and scratch marks on it (see pictures). Other than that the bar is well made and easy to use. Comes with around 6 inches of wire cord and quick clips that are easy to attach. This is perfect for 2 handed bicep curls, preacher curls, tricep skull crushers, reverse grip skull crushers, and upper chest pullovers. Decent price for a solid attachment for the Total Gym.

Best Accessory I could have ever added!
I always felt the total gym was great but lacked the ability to fully replicate gym qualify bench pressing and bicep and triceps workouts fully.By adding this bar attachment I can say I now have a total “gym” free weights style quality workout on the Total Gym........ worth every dime. I am fully satisfied and recommend this attachment to anyone who wants to transform and upgrade their total gym experience to new levels.

Good quality, makes my Total Gym much better with more helpful moves
This made a nice big difference in alternate movements and angles. Very good quality. Packaged well and arrived quickly. Great value for the money ! While I didn't trust or know enough of the producing company to get their full total gym type machine, I took a chance on their accessory and can say I'm glad I did, it is a great addition for my new TG machine.

good tension, easy to put together
This Weider work out machine is great. I'm 5'1 and it worked good for me. And I can tell when this carona virus is over and people can come to my house again, It will also work for one of my Grandsons who is 6'6. I love that you can start out with light weight's and work your way up. And the bungie tension increaser is easy to change. You will want more weight when using your legs. I put this together all by myself, not bad for a 72 year old woman. If I can do it you can do it. I am so happy with this machine.Oh yes, I recommend buying the work out bar that is sold seperately.
