Philadelphia Candies Milk Chocolate Covered Assorted Creams (Traditional Soft Centre) Gift Box, 453g

I liked these candies. They are bigger than most creams sold here in the UK, and are much better. The creams are very lightly flavoured, some of them so light you may have to refer to the color of the filling to identify the taste, thus the four stars. The chocolates are packaged well and come in little paper cases rather than a preformed base.

I had such high hopes having read other reviews so decided to treat myself. Not for me and here’s why. I found the chocolate itself bland and slightly greasy. The cream centre were very subtle in taste; I personally like a flavour punch with creams, orange should be zingy but taste barely there. The texture of the creams varied; some were good, others were almost chewy and I was able to actually pull a centre out like a piece of chewing gum...weird. So overall although the box is packed full I did not think they were value for money mostly for lack of taste and strange texture.
