The lid jammed a few times and once at work I could not open the lid. I have strong hands and usually help others open tight jars but I could open my own flask. I angrily put it in a bin with the hot drink. It keeps drinks hot though, but what is the need if you cannot access the drink!

I bought 2 of these, had to return the first one after the first use, this one I used a few times but then the same fault occurred. For one thing the coloured case comes straight off the lid (becomes unglued) but the main issue is it closes fine, but then when you come to unscrew it, it somehow gets cross threaded and is impossible to unscrew - one is unlucky but 2 must be a design fault? First one couldn’t get it open at all and so sent it back full! This one I’ve missed the return date by a couple of days so can’t return it now but can’t use it either. Won’t be buying anymore. Shame because it was a lovely size and shape.

Adds a weird rubbery taste in tea probably from the silicon seal. No metallic taste though. Will try for few more days. If the taste disappears, will update.The flash I received has a cosmetic flaw too. According to the pictures the printed monogram should be at 6 o'clock position if handle is at 3 o'clock position. The flash I received has its monogram at 4 o'clock position. It is unpleasant to look at by a person of aesthetics.

After looking at a leak proof, high quality, thermal cup flask. I am regretting purchasing one from Amazon, the reasons I just feel Amazon is a dumping ground for lack of quality control that retail shops have to legally comply to..their is nothing to protect me as a customer and I don't feel I have any rights as a customer. Now I've contacted amazon regarding this product, they are not interested and readers of my review may feel that I'm being over the top.. Amazon don't convince me in the slightest of any legal standards when it comes to selling products and in my opinion I feel if I made a product in my shed that failed every quality control measure that the UK have to work to..I could always sell it on amazon.Moving on to the item, poor quality expensive mug..its a lot of money for a poor quality item that I've only managed to use twice and on both occasions it just proves my point of disappointment.

I love this. I have been using it for a few weeks now and it hasn't leaked- even though it gets completely thrown around in my bag- even upside down. I love it having a handle. It keeps the drink hot for hours. I had one time when I found it difficult to open but I think I must have filled it too full as I've not had that happen since. Am considering buying these as presents as they are fantastic. Much easier than a flask with those little cups. Very happy with this.July- I only handwash this flask so am very careful. The seal came out once and since then not been the same. It leaks everywhere. Very disappointing as otherwise it's great but I need to be able to carry it around without if leaking.

Looks nice - keeps drinks hot - however , only used twice and it leaks - not just a little drip! Went all over my bag on first use so 2nd time made absolutely sure I had screwed lid as tight as I possibly could but it still leaked! Not fit for purpose. I had specifically chosen this item as the sales information says 100% leakproof!!!!!

This was purchased for an elderly lady, so a hot bed time drink could be made in advance, however when it is full ( as per instructions) it creates a vacuum which makes it extremely difficult to remove the lid. The lady concerned can not open the lid and neither can I, I have a strong grip and wrist action. Therefore not fit for purpose.

Love this - it keeps coffee hot for several hours and is tight enough that you can throw it in a bag without worrying about leaks. I'm disabled, so the handle makes is much easier for me to use than the more common, handleless type. The wide mouth makes it easy to clean. I suppose it would be nice if it was dishwasher safe, but can't have everything!
