Bump Patrol Sensitive Formula 57ml

The product performs effectively than expected. I recommend it for people to use.

Very good product which is giving me a better post shave experience with a clear reduction in shaving bumps.

Have grown a beard for the winter months and as such have started to use an electric shaver. My skin doesn't normally get ingrown hairs but for a few days switching to an electric over a blade I do get a couple. Have used bump patrol on and off over the years and always found it to be a good quantity product. So a no brainer when I found it was now in a gel, liquid form. Not oily like some, no scent to interfere with an AS or edc. Works for me, what else can I say. A decent price for 2 packs as well.

I bought this to use on my uber-sensitive bikini area (my skin overall is *hyper* sensitive), as nothing else I'd tried had ever worked and I'd almost given up hope of ever getting rid of the irritation from shaving this area. It does work: when I finish shaving I splash the area with cold water to close the pores (this really does help quite a bit!) and then immediately apply this product, and apply it again in the evening - just twice per day. And this, amazingly, has got rid of the problem. BUT: this stuff reeks very strongly - to my snout it has a strong vinegary smell. Perhaps for men using it on their face this is more or less a non-issue as the smell probably just goes after a while, but this is more of an issue with the bikini area when you're putting on knickers and tights almost immediately afterwards. I've got round this by using a scented body oil (which is my normal body moisturiser anyway) over the top of it, which doesn't seem to have compromised its efficacy at all. It's still very unpleasant to use for this reason. Secondly, my skin burns very, very badly indeed when I put this on - this only lasts for a couple of minutes (and is curtailed by the scented body oil I put over it) but is very intense. Since I started using this product, my skin actually looks OK immediately after I finish shaving, provided I've given it the splash of cool water, but it immediately turns red and bumpy after I apply this product and it starts smarting smarting smarting. This subsides after a bit and despite this immediate, temporary reaction the big picture view is that this stuff is obviously sorting the bumps and irritation - it's just something to be aware of, and makes the product very unpleasant to actually use even though it does do the job. For these two reasons I'll probably try another product (perhaps the Original formula rather than this Sensitive formula?) when this one runs out to see if there's something out there that works as well but without these two issues, but I will certainly come back to this one as a regular user if I can't find anything else. I definitely recommend trying it, as I may just be super sensitive on these two points. I consider it to be good value for money, and have found this product to be far more effective than High Time Bump Stopper-2 Double Strength Treatment for me personally.

A bit pricey for the amount, only 57mls but has made troublesome shaving bumps a thing of the past.

This did little to nothing when I applied it, if anything it has provoked my neck bumps a little more. May work for others but I wouldn’t bother with this

The Internet informed me of this stuff and I was switching from a wet shave to an electric to save some time.I bought this and an exfoliating brush thing and between the two I have had no bumps while using my new electric one.I only use a small amount of this so expect it to last a couple months but it seems to be doing it's job!!
