I'm trying to keep ahead of the joint issues that will inevitably pop up as I get older. When I saw these Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM Liquid Drops in liquid form, I decided to give it a try. It's been almost a month now since I began using these drops. Either today or tomorrow my bottle will be empty. Here's what I noticed about taking this supplement.Overall, these drops have been easy to take, and they don't have an unpleasant taste. However, you have to be patient and pay attention when drawing them up. The dropper will not draw up the recommended 2ml each time, so you have to go back in and draw up until you end up with 2ml. This was a bit frustrating to me, so I went in my "medical stash" and got a better dropper to use that would get the 2ml the first time. Problem solved.The taste is not bad, in fact I barely noticed it. After I put the drops in my mouth, I just swallowed some of my coffee and that was that. Also, the drops did not cause me any kind of gastric discomfort.The main reason I even got these in the first place is the simple fact that I am trying to become more athletic (don't laugh) in my senior years. On Saturday (which is tomorrow as I write this), I am walking in a 5K benefit race. This is something I have not done for the past 40+ years. It is my hope that by taking these drops they have been beneficial to me and will help with my joints and mobility. I will say this. I've built up to walking this distance over the past months. I went to our park two days ago and walked the 5K distance to make sure I could do it. Unbelievably, I was not sore in the least after completing the walk. I'm glad that I began taking this product in preparation for this race.My only real concern is the cost. On a fixed income one has to be very careful about where the money goes. Glucosamine Chondroitin is supposed to be healthy for joints. I've taken the supplement for years in pill form.I've seen this supplement in pills for years, but this is the first liquid I've seen. Since the pills are generally pretty large, I decided to give this liquid a try.It came well packaged in a box with all safety seals in place. The bottle I received expires 3/2026. I was impressed with the list of ingredients.These drops not only have the glucosamine and chondroitin, it has several other helpful ingredients, including MSM, turmeric extract, boswellia serrated extract, sodium hyaluronate, l-methionine, quercetin, bromelain, and black pepper. All of these ingredients are helpful for joint health.The taste isn't bad at all. Certainly easier than swallowing a couple of extra large pills! The bottle contains 2 fl oz or 60 ml. Dosage is 2ml daily. So, basically, this is a 30 day supply.I'm glad to try these drops out. If they work as well as the pills, I know I'll be switching to the drops going forward.It's too soon to make a recommendation yet since I just started taking this. But I will say, if you have joint issues, it might be a great idea to give these drops a try.

The bottle of Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM Liquid Drops-w/ Turmeric arrived in good condition. Box was sealed, Bottle was sealed. Expiration date is 03/2026, which is printed on the box. However, I couldn't find any 3rd party certifications. Nor could I find the location where manufactured. It does say that it is distributed by Bunkka located in Houston, TX.This liquid is slightly blue-ish in color and has a slight berry taste. I would have thought that extracts containing tumeric and black pepper would have some taste. The recommended dosage is 2 ml per day. The bottle has a pipette / dropper that measures out the 2 ml. However, no matter how hard I tried to extract the full 2 ml of liquid, the dropper would only fill to the .5 ml mark. Perhaps the rubber cap on the top is not big enough to measure out 2 ml? I added this to about 4 oz of water and could not really taste anything.Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM supplements usually need to be taken for a month or two to notice any benefits, so I can't really judge if this is effective yet.Because this doesn't have any 3rd party certifications to verify the contents and because I find it strange that something with tumeric doesn't have any after taste, only giving this 3 stars.
