Yep, rolls the lawn
Seems good. Went together in about half an hour, of note, the instructions need updating as the roller attaches to the hub with split pins, not the nuts the instructions suggest, just a moment head scratching. Rolled easily and lawn is flatter

Does what it's meant to.
Arrived very quickly. There was damage to the box but roller was not damaged. Assembly took 5 mins, although 1 washer was missing (luckily I had a spare in a tool box). Once assembled it is a sturdy enough roller, handles are comfortable and the padding is a decent touch. I'm 6'2" and found the handles comfortable without much stooping. The roller itself is fairly good, quite a large weld seam which could have been better but overall a decent job. No leaks from weld seams and the bung (metal with rubber washer) fitted tightly with drop of vaseline and spanner held water without any issue. Took about 7mins to fill with a hose and was heavy enough and easily manoeuvred around my medium sized garden. As with other rollers I felt the scraper plate was a bit high but its a minor issue. Overall happy with purchase for first use, time will tell as to its durability.

The Lawn Flattener
Received it this morning - two days ahead of the original estimated date. Very easy to assemble - though I recommend putting the lower part of the handle onto the drum before attaching the end handle section. Then, having mowed my lawn, it had its first roll in 5 years. The effect was astonishing. I did roll first end to end, then side to side, then end to end again, but we’ll worth it. My wife and I had expected the smoothing to be gradual, and it will improve over time, but a great initial impact. Recommended.

Large leak, but otherwise good
Arrived undamaged with no parts missing. Assembly was quick and easy, but the first time I filled it I found a 2 to 3mm hole in the weld. Sealed it rather than returning the item. Good size and weight for a large garden lawn. Did a good job of firming the surface after the winter.

Assembly bolts come loose and fall off.
Good product for domestic use but spoilt by poor detailing. Nuts and bolts fell off during first day of use. Refitted with a torque wrench. Still worked loose. Replaced nuts with stainless steel nylon lock nuts and added washers to drum fixings.I would expect the split pins used on the main axel will need replacing after the long term. If they do I will drill the axel to accommodate larger diameter pins.Oil the axel before each use, as the compressed handle is acts as part of the bearing!Good product for the price but spoilt by inappropriate cost cutting.

Needs 2 person assembly. Big n easy to use.
Comes in a box needing assembly which 100 percent needs two people. The handle needs to be spread wide to pass it over the 2 lugs on either side of the roller. You need strong muscles to do this and another person helping you steady the roller while you do it.Once you manage to wrestle it to submission and assemble it the roller is quite large. The filling hole isn't as high as it could be so you can't fill it completely unless you turn it onto its side. Which we did to get extra water in and increased the weight quite a bit. Once filled with water it was very heavy but easy to manoeuvre. We rolled the lawn top to bottom then side to side. Worked a treat to smoothen out the lawn. Best done after a good rain that will soften the soil.We recommend this roller but advise a 2 person team to assemble it.
