This works great for large bluegill that I can’t get my hand around. I just love it for all the fish I catch. And grandkids can take their own fish off their hook. Big plus!

I got this for saltwater fishing as most of the fish I catch can hurt your hand. It works well for the most part. Smaller fish are a bit tricky to hold with it. It is not the best quality but for the price it can be easily replaced if it breaks. I like it as it keeps me from getting cut or stabbed in the hand and keeps the slime off of me.

Fish are really slippery. Bluegill slipped right through when they were flopping around. It worked well for getting them out of the cooler once they were frozen. It may work for larger fish.
