This matress is great. 14 full inches thick and very comfortable. Packaged nicely. I have it on a metal bed with no box spring and it is so thick that it is as high as the bed in the other bedroom that has a box spring. I love it. Kudos to the seller on this mattress. It took a while to get it, but it was worth the wait.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received the package—it was compactly wrapped in a long box, which made it easy to transport from the first floor to the second floor. After unpacking, the mattress inflated quickly. The firmness level is perfect for my liking.I was glad to discover there was no unpleasant odor, and the mattress was ready to use right away. I've been enjoying its comfort over the past few nights. Given its exceptional quality, the price is quite reasonable making it a smart investment for anyone seeking comfort without spending too much money.

No edge support and the memory foam topping is only on 1 side (no option of flipping the mattress here as the other side is all hard springs) but very good comfort for sleeping overall and no bad smell. Time will tell if the springs are durable.

This mattress is a lesson in you get what you pay for and that you cannot trust Amazon reviews all the time. We have bought multiple beds online and have never really been let down so I could trust my processes. We had a lower budget than I would have liked for our guest room, so I did my best to review all the reviews I could and look for keywords... The mattress that showed us is not at all what I expected.Pros:- It's a bed.- It came in a box.- It was easy to get in and opened up.- It's better than the floor or our couch for guests.Cons:- This is not a hybrid mattress. It is a spring mattress.- It is not firm, at all.- The edges and corners have zero support, so if someone is an edge sleeper, they would roll right off.- After 48 hours, it is still not symmetrical and the top sticks out of our current bedframe.- I had to go to the store and purchase two mattress toppers because I could feel the springs through the top.Since I ended up having to buy toppers, I guess I could have increased my budget and gotten a slightly nicer mattress but alas that's all in hindsight. I will be looking into the return process but assume it's too complicated and I just need to start saving to replace this thing as soon as possible.

I can't believe the great quality of this matress. The firmness and durability is great. Appears to be equal to a departure store purchase. The price was a awesome!

Took a chance on this for our newly remodeled RV before leaving for a road trip vacation. It was very comfortable and is great quality!

This is the first time I use the memory foam mattress. Overall it's great value. It's very comfortable. It's soft but also gives you enough support on the back. The quality of this mattress is good too. I think it will cost double or triple to get the same comfort level if you go with the traditional spring mattress. Also, the mattress comes in a compact box and very easy to move (a little bit heavy though).

This mattress is not worth the money. I was hoping it was decent enough to be able to use and out a topper on top of but you can feel all the slings and it has zero support.
