I’ve always shied from sunscreen mainly because it makes my skin feel stinky and greasy. This is the major positive I found with this sunscreen. It left very little white marks. No sticky and greasy feeling. It absorbs it pretty quick. There is a slight very subtle smell, but it really didn’t bother me.I have to admit. I was hesitant to try it for another reason. The fact it is SPF30, not 50. A bit a of research, and found there is 1% difference in protection between them. Neither of my family had any sun burn under the Morroco sun. We did try and avoid it as much as possible. My wife had no reaction to it, she has very sensitive skin.

I quite like these creams. The SPF30 cream has a good level of sun protection. The cream spreads on the skin easily and absorbs quickly. The cream feels light but I do not like that this cream leaves a feeling of a layer on the skin and I can constantly feel it after application.The after sun cream is good as well, it is easy to apply and it makes my skin feel well moisturised. However, similar to SPF30 cream, after sun cream does absorb quickly but leaves the sensation of a new layer on the skin which is not very pleasant.Overall, I am happy with these creams and they did not cause any skin irritation. They give a good level of skin moisturising but I just do not like the sensation of the skin after using them. Hence, I give 4/5 stars.

I ordered this sun essentials set for my recent vacation and both the sunscreen and after-sun lotion worked very well to prevent sunburn and to soothe the skin. Both creams are easy to apply, don't feel very greasy, and keep my skin moist. The size of each cream is small at 30ml, which is perfect for travel. The smell is minimal which is what I prefer. It is priced at £9.50 at the time of review, which I think is reasonable considering the quality and performance. Overall, I would recommend these sun creams for travel.

This is a nice handy set that is a great size for fitting in your handbag or even your pocket.The sunscreen is pretty much unscented, it absorbs well and doesn't leave my skin sticky or greasy.The aftersun is brilliant as it also contains insect repellant which is an amazing idea, it would be nice if the sunscreen also had insect repellant too. The aftersun did seem to moisturise and soothe skin.I like that this is very eco-friendly, the sunscreen is ocean-friendly and water-repellent and both are organic and cruelty-free.The only downside to this set is although the size is handy the price is a tad expensive for the amount you get.

This has come down in price since initially receiving but £9.50 represents a good price for an excellent travel set of sunscreen. The box is well made and looks lovely so would also make a good present.Good price, good quality and looks good

These are practical little tubes of sun cream and after sun. It's disappointing that the sun cream is only 30, and it also doesn't show how many UVA stars it is. That being said it smells lovely, rubs in well, and seems to resist water well.The after sun smells really refreshing of mint - no mosquitoes here to test that, but I did find it hard to rub in properly - maybe it's deliberate to help repel the mosquitoes, but I'm not mad keen on it.Overall I really like the fact that the tubes are made from sustainable / recyclable sugar cane rather than plastic, and think these are fine, but I don't love them.

This suncream and aftersun comes in a posh thick cardboard box with a magnetic flap. It would make a really nice gift, but is perhaps a bit wasteful if you just want a small tube of factor 30 sun protection. The tubes are recyclable sugar cane plastic though and the cream ingredients have 59% organics.Neither tube had a foil seal on, but say you need to use the suncream within 6 months and the aftersun within a year.The Suncream doesn't really have much scent. I thought it smelt a bit like plastic, but my wife couldn't smell anything. It applies well though and absorbs quickly and leaves no greasy feeling. A little does go along way and it provides SPS30 protection.The aftersun smells of peppermint, but not too strong, its a bit more runny than the sun cream, but still goes on nicely, absorbs quickly and again isn't greasy. It has a built in insect repellent thats supposed to last 4 hours.They're both water repellent, reef safe and cruelty free so also kind to the environment.It’s a really nice classy package with handy small tubes of sun care that are easy to carry, and with good eco credentials and it comes in a nice package that makes it feel extra classy
